Cancellation
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit that will be credited to your appointment.
There is a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Same day cancellations require 100% payment for the booked service(s).
No Call/No Show
There is a 100% required payment for any no call, no shows. If a client does not communicate about any conflicts, or does not show up for a scheduled appointment, this is considered a no call, no show.

Pre-care & Aftercare are important for the best experience and results when booking permanent makeup services. Please take a moment to review care below.
Before your appointment for
Skincare
Do not use Retinol, active acids, or Vitamin A products three to five (3-5) days prior or after.
Do not get facial waxing three (3) days prior or after.
Botox is okay three (3) days before or after.
Collagen Fillers must be administered two (2) weeks prior or as instructed by physician before.
Do not have laser hair removal on treated area 2 weeks prior or after.
If you are more than twenty (20) weeks pregnant, please let us know in your intake form for accommodations. We are can adjust the table so that you are not laying flat on your back.
Having an active cold sore or open lesion on the skin is not recommended for a facial and may be turned away.
For men - facial hair, mustaches and full beards are okay. Do not shave the day of or the day before your facial.
Semi-Permanent Makeup Services
IT IS IMPORTANT TO FOLLOW PRECARE and AFTERCARE TO ENSURE A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH HEALING RESULTS
Pre-care Instructions
Do not work out 24 hours before procedure.
NO alcohol or caffeine 48 hours before procedure (Pleas note: here is caffeine in decaf coffee, tea and kombucha!).
Avoid extreme sun and tanning one week prior to procedure.
Do not take Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E or Advil/Ibuprofen 48 hours before procedure.
Avoid Fish Oil, Prenatal Vitamins, Nutritional Shakes (Shakeology, etc), “Hair, Skin, Nail” supplements 48 hours prior to procedure.
Discontinue Retin-A at least 4 weeks prior (and avoid on eyebrow area after procedure).
Refrain from use of any Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) products close to the eyebrow area 2 weeks prior (and avoid on eyebrow area after procedure).
Botox and filler on the forehead, temple, and eye area should be avoided 1 month prior to procedure for those who do not regularly receive injectables.
Aftercare
Ombré Powder Brow Tattoo
Start after treatment for 14 DAYS
Lightly wash brows w/Cetaphil or Cervave cleanser 2x a day.
Lightly pat dry.
Apply a small amount of balm 2x a day after wash.
Oily Skin Clients: Blot brows with Kleenex or Paper Towels to remove sweat and oils from brow area, during the day.
AVOID for 2 WEEKS
DO NOT Pick, Scratch, and/or Rub.
NO Makeup in Brows (powders, foundation, eyeshadow or brow makeup).
NO Excess Water.
NO Excess Sun Exposure.
Tap only to release itching.
Pat to dry if they get wet.
Avoid sweat producing workouts.
Avoid sleeping on your face.
Do not apply any products while healing (spf, night/day creams, lotions, oils, serums, etc.).
Apply sunscreen when healed.
Be patient and relax during the healing process.
Lip Blush Tattoo
Keep the area clean: Keep the treated area clean to help prevent infection and to ensure proper healing. Clients should gently clean the area with mild water and pat, a few times a day.
AVOID picking, scratching, or rubbing. Do not pick or scratch the treated area. Doing so can lead to infection and may cause the pigment to fade or become uneven.
AVOID direct sun exposure: Avoid exposing the treated area to direct sunlight or tanning beds for at least two-three weeks after the procedure. Sun exposure can cause the pigment to fade of become discolored. Protect the area and keep it moisturized with ointment to protect.
AVOID strenuous activities: Avoid strenuous activities that can cause sweating or irritation to the treated area. This includes exercise, or hot showers, for at least a few days after the procedure.
AVOID for 7 days: kissing (open mouth especially), spicy/hot/acidic foods, sun exposure, smoking, makeup, close contact with pets, scratching/picking/rubbing, long hot showers and giving oral.
