General
Where can I find your policies?
Please take a moment to review our policies here.
How can I find aftercare and at home care instructions?
Aftercare and at home care instructions are provided prior to and after appointments. You can also find a copy here.
What should I book as a new client or new to facials?
All new clients looking to start their skincare journey with us must book a consultation, or a consultation + The Brilliance Facial. A consultation and skin analysis from the start allows for your esthetician to provide a breakdown of your skin analysis and the next steps for your treatment plan.
Why is there a mandatory purchase of at least 4 services as a new client to continue after the consultation?
We’re glad you ask! As a corrective skincare clinic, our treatments are a series of guided steps. In order to provide transformative results, our clients must agree to a partnership. Real results come with consistency of in person and at home care. Our passions are guidance and transformative results for your skin. That is why we offer payment plans to help our clients start booking their sessions in order to continue.
What payment plans do you offer?
We offer financing through Afterpay, and will be expanding options soon.

Why can’t I book a peel as a new client?
Each peel must be carefully selective for each individual client. Failure to do so can compromise the skin barrier and hinder our goals for your treatment plan.
Permanent Makeup
What do I have to wait at least 4 weeks to book permanent makeup services after a chemical peel?
Your skin can block pigment and waste your investment after receiving chemical peels. These effects can last for at least 4 weeks. In order to provide you with the best experience and consider your time and investment we do not recommend booking permanent makeup services less than 4 weeks after chemical peel treatments.
